Template for monitoring CPU utlization per core

I have been trying to write a template to do this all day with no success. I have in my windows server template which monitors, graphs and has triggered alerts on total CPU % but I cannot figure out how to break it down per core. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated. Rather a pre-existing template or the proper syntax for items that work for graphing and triggering. Attached are the items I have been trying, a few different ways, none of which are working

    Thank you.

    Hi Beveridge,

I think your perf_counter key is wrong.
Run this again on you windows server:
    Code:
    typeperf -qx c:\somedestination\file.txt
The "Processor Information" keys are in the upper part of your output file.

I'm running an german os, this is what I have tested on my dual-core sandbox:

    \Prozessorinformationen(0,1)\Prozessorzeit (%)
    \Prozessorinformationen(0,0)\Prozessorzeit (%)

Let me know, if you need any further information!

    Best regards,

OK the syntax that seems to work in perfmon on the server is \Processor(0)\% Processor Time

However still hitting a wall. Also I do not have any applications as you have listed, not sure if that matters

So you aregetting the values now?
In my case I have created an item for each core and then simply added them together in a grahp.
I'm working on a template to do all that automaticaly.
