Out-of-the-box templates for Nginx and Apache

Hi all

Here is the first version of templates for Apache and Nginx that would be officially included in next Zabbix release as soon as they are ready.
Feedback, comments, testing are welcome.

Templates can be found here,

just navigate to subdir: /<VERSION>/EN/app/*

for example for 4.2:

That's exactly the case. Such templates were written so many times by users so we want to provide the one out-of-the-box so nobody has to do that anymore.
