    Please post the Release Notes before releasing the packages...

    The packages don't contain a valid change log, and the Release Notes for 4.0.9 is not available.
    Could you please post the Release Notes before releasing the packages and put that information in the changelogs contained in the packages?

      The same with 4.2.3. Already available but there was no release candidate and was no release notes.
