Maybe debug for throttling?

I deployed a new zabbix platform on centos7, zabbix edition4.2.1
I like this new edition,especially "throttling", which can save storage for me!
How ever, when I tried to configure throttling, something goes wrong with a lot of alert.

I understand that there will be no data stored if it's not changed,but I don't think the follows should be triggered.

can we fix this?

You should have had discard with heartbeat and your nodata trigger should be larger than the heartbeat value you set.
