[Feature Request] - Export "custom filter" for linked templates when exporting

Summary: [Feature Request] - Export "custom filter" settings for linked templates (e.g. in Discovery rule) when exporting a template
Description:
I looked around a lot and couldn't find this topic being covered by any open issues on the bug tracker nor here on the forum.
I built a number of Zabbix templates lately for Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise OmniSwitch and very recently our Stellar Wireless APs (full-disclosure: I work for ALE). I noticed that, when you leverage a linked template like "Template Module Interfaces Simple SNMPv2", the filter that you specify there (on the linked-discovery-rule) is not exported when I export the template to post it on https://share.zabbix.com
The closest issue, that looks related to this, is the following.
There is no issue on the "Filters" that are directly related to the template, only for the "linked template". I've seen this issue on 4.0.9 / 4.0.10 (LTS) and also 4.2.x
