Zabbix_sender receives data, can this have a restricted source location?

I have used zabbix_sender (version 4.0.3). Can we set the zabbix trapper limit source location on the zabbix web? It only needs to know the server ip and hostname to transfer data from any location, right? .

In frontend when you set item "Type" to "Zabbix trapper" there is an "Allowed hosts" parameter where you can specify a list of IP addresses and host names from which zabbix_sender data will be accepted.
