I would be interested in a new dashboard widget, similar of what I´ve used in grafana,
A simple panel with background color that is controlled by a host or hostgroup trigger or a item value.
Also support a text field that is either a label or item value.
The panel would have a default but selectable colour (green/white). And change color based on minimum severity selected.
I often only use the top 3 severity, so the panel would be white but escalate to yellow, orange or red based on active problems on the host/hostgroup.
I´ve mentioned before a hierarchy of dashboards.
Would be cool if this panel can be a link to a new dashboard for drilling down.
(option within this widget, and all other widget ...if checked the widget becomes a link to new dashboard)
So I would have a top dashboard for all hostgroups. (my systems)
And drill down to a hostgroup to view hosts and problem list.
then drill down to host for detailed values and graphs
