One of the shortcomings I encounter is the inability to correct a trigger from the GUI. eg for windows services, a script that will take the form of net start {TRIGGER.SERVICENAME} for example.
I've tried this with {EVENT.TAGS} which seemed like a logical place where you could customize what the TAG is passing through but this didn't work. Be great if we could get something like this to work rather than create a custom script for each service with the service specified.
It could also be embedded into the system under a built in script eg start windows services as they always start with "net start" <SERVICENAME>..
