A couple of hints to strongly enhance the IT Services section.
a) The possibility to bind a Service to a logical (AND,OR) Trigger combination
b) Add a new FIELD "IT Service" in the Trigger Section, to bind the trigger directly to the Service
c) Add the possibility to generate a report, or just export data in csv format
