Host discovery - No re-schedule when changing delay?

Let's say you have defined a discovery rule with a delay of 3600 seconds. When you later want to change the delay to 60 seconds (for test purposes), it seems that the discovery process is not re-scheduled. So we have to wait up to an hour before it re-schedules.

Wouldn't it be better to do a re-schedule when the delay is changed?
Of course we can restart the Zabbix server, to make it re-schedule, but often the GUI user is not able to restart the process.

Any thoughts?
