Configurable JMX Endpoint

How can we bring this issue on the roadmap?

There are some reasons for this request as you can see in the issue text.

One more reason is that tomcat supports a 2 Port solution with this

The previous Bugsquash day #11 might have been a good opportunity to discuss this with upstream devs in the IRC Channel #zabbix at FreeNode.
However, it's worth to still try it there.
