Zabbix Alert Action

i would to ask help if there is any configuration can be done when an alert from zabbix monitoring side is fired it will run a script automatically to solve this issue , for example, i configure storage alert, threshold 80% , once it will reach this threshold, script will be run to delete logs .. etc in specific location for example ?
