Nivel de toner diferente com a coleta do zabbix a impressora lexmark está com 10 % e o zabbix mostra que está -3
o que pode ser?

Dica 02: as documentações dos oid's ficam na MIB, e numa pesquisa rápida por "prtMarkerSuppliesLevel" você acha a descrição dessa chave (eu olhei no https://oidref.com/1.3.6.1.2.1.43.11.1.1.9) e os valores dela vão de -1 à -3:
