It would help contributors to write add-ons to Zabbix. Also, when a database modification is done with a new release, it would help users to update their code.

Yeah, would it be too much to ask to get a good DB Diagram with each major version ? Lots of users could use this - sure, Zabbix wants us to all use the API but this is not fully realistic plus many are developing add-ons, GUI, etc.
Also a simple doc on the fields and values, like status, etc. Again super useful for everyone. And of course we are responsible for dealing with the issues we create, problems, etc.
This will accelerate how well help drive and develop Zabbix into the future of large-scale monitoring, DevOps, Containers, and more.
