Installation Instructions for Zabbix 2.4.5

I am looking for the RPM repo for Zabbix 2.4.5 and I discovered conflicting pages with respect to installing the latest stable version of Zabbix. This page says SIA is pleased to announce 2.4.5 :

and this Zabbix Documentation for 2.4 says it's not available yet:
