I am in the process of switching over all my system monitoring from BigBrother to Zabbix. One of the features of BigBrother I like is the email alert not only contains what trigger went off on what host but also the data that caused the trigger to fire. This saves having to go and look at Zabbix to get the information. By looking at the data you can determine for yourself how serious the alert is, and whether or not you need to drop everything to go look into it.

This puts the values in your action(email).
