Hi Zabbix,
We have a number of individual systems monitored. We currently use the maintenance windows but do not use Zabbix for SLA reporting. This is causing us some double work.
I am looking at Configuration->Services and this looks very much like what we need.
As far as I understand the GUI/helptext we cannot ask it to simply exclude the current maintenance windows (excused downtime) in the SLA calculations? I wonder why that design decision was made - or do I misunderstand the possibilities?
We cannot mimik the maintenance-windows in the current "Time" pane because we lack "first sunday of the month" etc.
I hope you understand what I'm trying to describe
