Not really sure what you are asking, but I suspect you are asking if Zabbix can collect and accumulate the data on how much email you recieve on a monthly basis. If so, then the answer is yes and no.

By default there are two types of data storage for this, there is store the data as is, or store it differentially from the last check. If you use the first, you will see at the end of the month exactly how much you recieved since you first set the monitor or how much you have recieved over the last X days ( as indicated by the days of history to keep for the item). The other storage option is to store the data as a differential from the last check. In this mode, the database will have all of the data, and you will have to pull it and calculate it outside of Zabbix.
