Hot fixes

Dear Alexei,
After each release, there will inevitably be some bugs, both major and minor. However, afaik, many of these bugs are quickly fixed by patches, but there is no place/forum where these patches and identified bugs can be found.
How about a section in the install docs which points to all the bugs and fixes for each release?

Bug lists can be found at SourceForge.net: Bugs . At present, there is no external correlation to bugs and patches, though I agree, that is something we do need.

How about using the Wiki for that? Each release can have a page, and patches released for that version can be added to that page.
