create.sql.gz not present in rpm package rhel7

Just for your information, the create.sql.gz archive is not present in the https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/5.4/r...el7.noarch.rpm RPM so I had to use the one from rhel8.

so I think you did just right: as you are using an OS that doesn't have the official packages published, you need to handle the situation by yourself.

I don't know which OS device you are using, but Zabbix 5.4 server cannot be built on RHEL 7 using the official package, so prepare an environment that can be used by other OS.
