VMware: Multiple ESXi + vCenter => Same Host names / datastores, etc. errors

    Hello,
I tried to add multiple Zabbix proxies to monitor external ESXi/vCenter infrastructures. Currently it is not possible if a name ist already taken (e.g. host name or datastore name). So I tried to edit the default templates and added a macro {$VMWARE.PREFIX}. No luck :-(
Is there a workaround or a solution to "prefix" external proxy data, e.g. in pre-processing / post-processing discovery rules?

Sorry for my eng. You can use on Discover Vmware Vms FQDN in prototype {#VM.UUID} {#VM.DNS} {#HV.NAME} like a name

Can you post a screenshot where do you mean to change that?

        Hi TDS, whats up?

What is your zabbix version, server and agent?
Do you have a problem to discovery guests in ESX or the ESXi host, the bare metal?
I have a problem with discovery rule, on 3.5. Maybe is that.
        regards.

I'm using latest v5.4. The problem is not that I can't discover things. The problem is that I have multiple installations with same datastore names or same VM names.
Currently I commented out the group prototypes inside template and now it's working.
