Dynamic Perf Counters (A "system.run.perfcounter" for dummies.)

Perf counter under windows can save the deal when using ZABBIX to monitor applications or trying to have some 'deeper' OS details (say the memory used by a given process for example).

But when you're using Perf Counter, Once the server item declaration done, you still must edit your zabbix_agentd.conf file and restart the ZabbixW32 agent.

Could it be possible to use an active item like "system.run" but for perf counter? This way, it could be possible to add items on the zabbix server like "system.perfcounter[My Path\To My Perf\Counter]" without having to restart anybody.

    Tia for any answer.

    Cheers,

    the perf_counter key no good?
    i.e.:
    perf_counter[\PhysicalDisk(_Total)\Current Disk Queue Length]
    perf_counter[\SMTP Server(_Total)\Messages Received Total]
