While I'm not color blind myself, I did notice that Zabbix makes a great deal of use of green and red as indicators. I've attached a (slightly edited) screen shot, and a simulation of what that screen shot would look like to someone who is red/green colorblind to this message.
Perhaps this can be improved in future versions by using some graphic indicator on the overview page rather than simple color differences.
