network connectivity goes down between server and agent (offline data collection)

we are facing a scenario where the remote server goes offline from the internet (connectivity lost with Zabbix server) but the Zabbix agent on the remote server stays up during the connectivity outage window is there any possible way to store the monitoring data? when they reconnect exchange the insights for the downtime like CPU, Network, and RAM usage.
Is it possible for the Zabbix agent to store data for few hours when it gets disconnected from its server?
