    Manual site broken

    About 4~5 hours ago the documentation site become:

      There's also another problem: there's no search box, "Log In" and "Recent Changes" links anymore. I've tried choosing different versions/language, browsers (Firefox/MS Edge), using VPN/Tor. Have I missed any recent news mention that?
