More advanced search options

I would love to be able to search for hosts that are in some host groups, but not in others.
The same for hosts with specific templates but lacking others.
So basically a NOT option when searching.

It would also be useful to be able to sort by other columns than Name and Status.
I'm trying to synchronize very large amounts of hosts and it is a pain to figure out which ones have bad availability - at least without using the API.

Finally, being able to search for hosts that
lack interfaces,
only have IP addresses,
only have DNS names, or
have multiple (failing?) interfaces
would also be helpful.

I totally agree.

I am working with an environment about 15.000 hosts and I want to know which of this hosts has not a specific template assigned. A "not" option should be interesting.

That question "can I exclude thing from the search" is one I often have to answer with "sadly no, it is not possible".
