Feature request, posibility to create a maintenance window with agent

Hi,
Would make a lot of sysadmins life better if one could by a option to zabbix_agent create a service window.
As one of the more common alarms we get is that a services have been restarted and due to complexity of going to zabbix creating a maint window takes quite some time i do believe that a simple option to the agent would help a lot.

If your admins are so hurry to restart hosts and maintenance window creation is too long, maybe they can just disable host for 5 minutes?
