The chinese become ??? in zabbix 6.0

I used zabbix 6.0 recently,The chinese became ??? when the input contain chinese.How can I fix it or it's a bug。

nginx version: nginx/1.14.1
mariadb Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.6.7-MariaDB

There was an issue reported for cyrillic https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-20450 but maybe the same applies to chinese?
