Installing Zabbix Agent on Live System

All, I am in the process of installing the zabbix-agent to all of my production servers. I have installed zabbix-agents to all of our testing servers and things are working smoothly. I don't believe it will cause any impact but do you think that it is a bad ideal to install zabbix-agent during a maintenance period without bringing down app and database?

    Any Feedback is appreciated.

    Thanks,

Installing the agent shouldn't affect running services, i did that all the time in our network(s), no negative impact. Is it bad practice or a bad idea ? Depends on you company IT rules i would say.

        Thanks,
Zabbix agent is not using any DB backend.
