In case someone is desperately willing to upgrade OLD distros, I recompiled Zabbix 3.0.1 for Ubuntu Lucid and Debian Squeeze distros 
They're available here:
I don't think I'll catch up with further 3.0.x releases, they're mainly to have proxy on old servers I cannot upgrade soon.
