Feature request: allow to set tags to items/triggers created by discovery rules

Currently tags cannot be set to items/triggers created by discovery rules. This poses a limitation on filtering by tag. I'd like to create trigger actions matched by tag. (For example, setting a "disabled" tag to a trigger would disable this particular notification). Without this feature I would have to set complicated conditions in action rules, selecting every trigger I needed.

Allowing setting tag to items/triggers created by discovery rules would greatly simplify trigger actions filtering configuration, which is the intended purpose of using tags.

Clarification: I am not setting the tag at template discovery rule level, but the item/trigger at the host created by the template discovery rules. I need different tags for every item/trigger of different hosts. Tagging the host is not enough for my use case either, the tags must be applied to item/trigger individually.
