Exclude hosts from http agent item inside a template

I am looking for a way to only include one host in a single item that has 10 hosts assigned to a template. All the other items in the template will use all hosts. Is this even possible?

Okay, The final solution was to create link templates. The main template has the one host, and the linked template has the other 10 hosts. All the items passed though to the linked template and I disabled items for each template based on needs.
