Veeam Backup and Replication by HTTP template Issue

Hi, I have zabbix 6.4 and Veeam Bakcup & Replication v11.0.1.1261

I wanna use Veeam Backup and Replication by HTTP template for backup job status. I configured basic settings in templete connection settings area. As like attached http url, user name and password field i was configure but i get this {"error":"Error: cannot get URL: Couldn't connect to server."}

i was created veeam user named "api_user" and give it viewer role, but i also tried give to it "Backup admin" role i see same issue.

I tried install wireshark on destination veeam server.
I never see that any traffic from zabbix server to veeam server. I tried manuel request with curl and i see traffic. Any no access restriction.

As if traffic never go from zabbix server with user template.

same issue here, user with Backup Viewer permissions created, curl -k shows proper connection to the API port.

It is working on one server - Backup & Replication standard, but it does not work on 2 others - community edition
