Zabbix cannot search found hosts by host name. Template VMWare

Hi, zabbix can't lookup a host by name that was discovered by LLD in the VMWare template, the lookup form returns null/empty. Monitoring-data collection-host. It all started when I was looking for the reason why I see a message with HW.UUID and not the real name in the alerts (VMware: The 4c4c4544-0054-4e10-8053-c6c04f543732 health is Yellow) I'm looking for the reason why I don't see the real name in the alert , but only HW.UUID. I need to convert this number to a normal VM or ESX host name. We are using vCenter 7.0 Ent. And here I also fell for this problem. Zabbix uses these numbers heavily, but cannot search them. This strikes me as a serious shortcoming.

What version of zabbix are you using? In the default VMware templates provided with both zabbix5 and zabbix6, there is the LLD macro {#VM.NAME}, which is the name of the corresponding VM host.
