Listing _all_ items, triggers, latest data in exact group

I'm not sure what you mean... Please give us some more details about your idea.

I mean, i.e. in "MONITORING" ---> "latest data", you can choose to show or ALL groups and ALL hosts, but you cannot choose i.e. group "servers" and ALL hosts. Same with triggers, events.. you can choose group "servers" and then only choose an exact host..

If you go to Monitoring->Overview and then choose Data instead of Triggers, then you can choose a particular group and select Type "Data" that will give you the latest data for a group of hosts.

But than you can't click on an item and go to it's history graph, and you can do this from latest data page. In fact you can't click on anything.

This function would be very important for us. We use groups and often need to see a list of all triggers in a group.
Are you planning to build it into the php frontend?
