do you plan in future release the possibility to give rights to usergroups on specific "part" of the Zabbix config ?

I mean to ibe rights to usergroup A to see only things related to hosgroup A

It is already implemented in beta series (1.3.x) of ZABBIX. Permissions are granted on user group level for host groups.
