    Zabbix integration with Azure

We're taking a look at Zabbix as a potential monitoring solution for our Azure environment. I found the HTTP connectors for the databases and VMs, but a lot of our platforms are containerized in ACI or AKS. I'm still looking at some solutions on this front (Kubernetes is easier), but that got me thinking:

    * Is there a roadmap item to integrate Zabbix with Azure Event Hub? That would be much more efficient in monitoring on cloud environments
    * Can Zabbix accept logs as a kind of low-rent SIEM? We're looking at other SIEM solutions as well, but it would be nice to only have one environment

Love the product for infra monitoring!!!

Zabbix doesn’t have a built-in way to connect with Azure Event Hub right now. But you can send Azure’s data to an event hub and then use it in Zabbix. Zabbix isn’t really made to be a SIEM tool, but it can still keep an eye on security stuff like settings and logs. This can be a bit like SIEM, even if it’s not the main use for Zabbix.

Thanks - that was what I was finding as well. The Zabbix connector to Azure is pretty limited in scope, and some of the things I'm looking for (auditing MS Entra/AAD, for example) is coming up short. Because our environment is cloud-based, we're trying to find a way to get Zabbix to work properly (the old issue of "do this with limited budget"). Appreciate the insight!
