Unique Host name

Greetings

I use Zabbix to monitor different customers hosts with the same Zabbix Server.
Currently each Host on Zabbix must have a unique Host Name, this could lead to problems in the future, currently I use Host Groups to assign a different group to each customer, in the future it would not be possible to make the [Group]+[Host] pairing unique instead of the [Host] alone? in this way I could have two Hosts with the same name but which belong to different groups.

Hosts must have unique naming schemes, indeed, and host group names do not form this scheme.
However, you could use any unique name between your hosts, including a group name prefix. Something like "groupX-hostname".
For active Zabbix agent monitoring, remember that hostnames must have the same value as the one configured in the agent's configuration file.
