[SUGGESTION] Incorporate "Opsgenie" like functionality.

I've noticed that Action Steps and notifications can be somewhat tweaked to resemble what Opsgenie does (basically insist until an alert is acknowledged). If Zabbix team could polish this aspect into more of a "module" kind of thing, it would be very useful for the community and customers. I have Zabbix integrated with Opsgenie because of phone call alerts and on call teams, shifts, schedules, etc etc.
