more users/usergroups for actions

At the moment [ zabbix 1.1.4 & 1.3.1 ], we can only associate ONE user OR usergroup to an action.

It will be more easy to configure Zabbix if we can add MANY users OR usergroups to an action.

This will avoid associating an user with many groups just to get notify of a problem.

I second this feature. Often I have to reconfigure my groups and special groups for certain actions, because I can only send to one user or group.
