LTS version vs. 'Standard' version

I can't find the information about the major difference between the LTS and standard version in the course of time.
Will a LTS, i.e. 7.0 when being updated regularly have the same patches and features like the up-to-date standard version at the same point of time?

LTS releases have longer support (as the name suggests) than standard releases, 3 years of full suport and 2 years of limited support. Standard release has only 6 months of full support and 6 months of limited support.

Standard releases, x.2 or x.4, receives new features earliers. So for instance, some features of 6.2 and 6.4 only got added to Zabbix 7.0 and not to 6.0.
