Would be great if the solution had usable reports other than top 100, who received notifications, etc. Almost all other monitoring solutions have a fleshed out reporting system that runs circles around what Zabbix provides. I know that there are a ton of different monitoring features however being able to report on trends, system metrics for capacity planning, etc should be a standard and not something everyone should have to sponsor or pay for to get done. Would be great if more consideration was given to this side of the solution as well.

Agreed. We've used Zabbix for years now and its the one thing that management always complain about and look at the market for alternatives.
The problem is, Zabbix does exactly what we want, very well, with the exception of reports.
I think even if the report side was a bolt on that you had to license, we'd go for that, assuming it wasn't too expensive ;-).
