Queue for the Agent?

Hi!

Is there some kind of queue for the agent active checks? Did I oversee that in the doku or is it not implemented (yet)?

I would like to have a queue on the agent side querring the last N results if the network connection to the server is down. For example if vpn tunnel is re-innitialised that means a small gap in the graphs later on ...

Any suggestions? Any ideas how to get over short network failures? Does anyone else need a simmilar solution? What is bad on a client-side queue?

I came over this feature as a seperate developed .NET zabbix agent uses such a queue. You can tell how many items are stored in the queue. Did not check how this works in detail ...
