items becoming unsupported

Hi,

I've got a main problem with Zabbix : sometime [why ??], i previously well monitored item stop beeing monitored and become unsupported.

From this time, this item will never been monitor again, and nothing tell me that Zabbix stop doing this!

Why this behavior ?
Anyoneelse's beeing facing the same problem ?

If that normal behavior, it'll be nice to be able to get this information from Zabbix [ w/Action ?] to be alerted

i monitor several AIX server with a template.
This template is composed of items & triggers.

Main of those items relies on Zabbix agent function, but as AIX is badly supported by Zabbix, some of them used UserParameter client options.

Data type

Double check your data type. If you have an integer data type on something that sometimes returns a float, this will make that item unsupported. So make sure your anything you use the int type for ONLY returns ints.

that's not the problem.

To be more accurate, all the items for which i've got this king of strange things are items that operate properly !

I don't known if that's a v1.1.1 to 1.1.5 upgrade bug, but that happen from time to time without any explanation

ZABBIX gives explanation in in the server's log file. Do you see anything there?
