Trigger dropdown in IT Services

I'm evaluating Zabbix 1.0, and in the IT Services section there is a trigger dropdown that gets ridiculously large for many hosts.

I honestly don't see how this can be usable with lots of hosts. It would be better to have some sort of drill-down instead.
