[feedback]migration to 1.4: too early ?

Hi,

I just would like to use this forum to get the experience of others users.

From what I am reading in this forum and looking at the wiki with some bugs still open coming from 1.3.8, I was wondering if it was not too early to migrate.
What do you think, should I wait for 1.4.1 ?

I did a test with 1.3.7, 3 weeks ago and saw a lot of good features, especially stacked graph, user rights management, template export. I am not so interested by web scenario or auto discovery.

One thing that was not working was zabbix_agentd with Win 2000 server.
Is it fixed now ?

I would suggest waiting 1.4.1. There are several problems in 1.4 which may be quite critical to you depending on functionality you are using.

However if you are not interested in WEB monitoring and auto-discovery, you may try 1.4. I doubt you'll have any problems. Migration to later 1.4.x will be straight forward.
