It says:

create/postgresql
PostgreSQL database schema

create/mysql and create/postgresql does not exist.

The schemas for mysql (mysql.sql), postgresql (postgresql.sql), and sqlite (sqlite.sql) are all stored under /create/schema

Section 5.11.2, page 94, key vm.memory.size[<mode>]:
parameters column say: "mode - one of total (default), shared, total, buffers, cached"
it would say: "mode - one of total (default), shared, free, buffers, cached"
