PostgreSQL frontend

I am presently running both Zabbix and PostgregreSQL.

It seems that PostgreSQL requires a lot more configuration than MySQL prior to being usable.
I get all kinds of permission errors in regard to relations

What is the easiest and fastest way to get these two up and running?
