Searching multi-user tools

I'm currenlty trying Zabbix, but I need to have a multi-user console. Who user can see only its hosts.

It' possible with an addon ?

I wonder

If we get enough votes can we convince the developers to make this a priority?
(sigh)

There is a significant and distinct lack of quality NMS type tools which allow true multi-user (ie not just restricting levels of access, but also restricting the user view to a subset of everything being monitored).

Is anyone out there working on this for Zabbix? Either as part of the core or as an addon?
