Hi,
Today I just want to expose Zabbix behaviour on a particular situation, and see with you if you think that can be improved or if there is no need to. Or even if I do something the wrong way
I understood this behaviour, so I tried to have the same final setup another (and I hope more clean) way , by making 3 templates:
Is there a way to make Zabbix not erase a trigger/item on a "H" host if this trigger/item is brought to "H" from another "valid linkage"? Or is there something I do incorrectly?
Thanks you for your thoughts and advices.

- A "H" host is linked to 2 templates, "A" & "B".
Template A and template B share one common trigger "T" (and let's say they have each one proper trigger, "At" and "Bt").
So the H host shows 3 triggers, T, At and Bt. - If I do a "unlink&clear" action on "B" template to my "H" host, then "H" shows only 1 remaining trigger: "At".
(I don't write about items, that's exactly the same thing).
I understood this behaviour, so I tried to have the same final setup another (and I hope more clean) way , by making 3 templates:
- Now let's say "Z" is the template owning the "T" trigger, and "A" and "B" templates (each still have their proper "At" and "Bt" trigger) are linked to "Z".
Then when a host is linked to "A" or "B", or "A" and "B", it has the three T/At/Bt triggers, which is correct. - But I get same behaviour as before when I do a "unlink&clear" action on "B" template to my "H" host.
Is there a way to make Zabbix not erase a trigger/item on a "H" host if this trigger/item is brought to "H" from another "valid linkage"? Or is there something I do incorrectly?
